Satisfaction Guarantee

I'm committed to your satisfaction.  You're purchase is guaranteed to work or you get your money back.  

You have 60 days, a full 2 months to test drive it.  If you aren't happy with your results then I'm not happy either.  Contact Customer Service and return the item (in undamaged condition of course).  At which time I will refund your full purchase price.  

Return Limit

This I don't like doing but I will need to.   We have a couple of customers who buy and return and buy another item and return it and on and on trying all of the products.  So It is necessary to enforce a return limit.  Unless the item is in new un-used condition it's not resold. I just write off the loss.  So I am limiting it to 3 returns.  If you return 3 items after that all of your purchases will be final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.  If you don't get results after trying 3 items then you most likely won't get results on the 4th one.

Privacy Policy

I respect and am committed to protecting your privacy.  Information about my customers is not given to anyone else under any circumstances outside of a court order.

The web server automatically records IP ("Internet Protocol") address.  That information is used for marketing and evaluation purposes.  No personal information is ever sought unless there were to be a case of fraud which hasn't happened as yet.

The Web servers do not automatically record e-mail addresses of my visitors.  I don't want your email address unless you want to give it to me. 

For your protection (and mine) all transactions are processed through Pay Pal.  Pay Pal collects your credit card information on their secure server, if you are paying by credit card.  If you are using your Pay Pal account it is likewise done on their server.  None of that information is processed on this website so there is no danger of it  being accessed by a hacker.  It remains the responsibility of Pay Pal.  I think that  is safe and secure for all of us.

If you would prefer to make your purchase with a personal check or a money order please use the "contact" page to send me an email and we will discuss the details.  Your order will be shipped after the check clears.

Shipping

At this time all shipping within the continental United states is USPS Priority mail.  Shipping outside of the continental US may be billed an additional fee depending on location.
